FaceID doesn’t work due to latest windows update. Can’t remember pin. No forgot pin option.

FaceID doesn’t work to log me in since I did the latest update from Microsoft. It is forcing me to use a pin because the camera is not working. I always use faceID and cannot remember the pin. I can’t login or do anything. Forgot pin is not an option. Can log into Microsoft account on other devices (phone and work laptop). Dell support was amazing. Used chat, tried to roll back updates, tried a number of things. Did not work, told me to contact Microsoft.Microsoft provides numbers for robots who don’t help and send you back to online help.
