Found a different way to convert motion photos to still in Windows

Not a question, but a reply to multiple posts related to converting motion photos to still photos. Questions people had related to this issue are all locked so I cannot reply to them..........The easiest way to convert a motion photo that I found to still is to press the three dots --> resize image --> edit as needed (I just left it as is) --> save (navigate to the current folder) --> press yes to replace
