Network and Bluetooth issues on windows 11

So a few months ago I bought a new gaming pc with windows 11 pro, there’s been a few issues however until recently nothing major.two of the main issues I’m facing is despite WiFi being turned on: The device cannot find any networks and there isn’t an option for Bluetooth at all. I’ve restarted my PC, restarted my router and checked the drivers. Nothing has worked. I am quite far away from the router however for the last few months it’s been working fine with only a few, temporary disruptions.Incase it’s important, I have an MSI b650 gaming plus WiFi motherboard, a Ryzen 5 8500G and an rx 6750x
