Problems Activating Windows 11

I bought a refurbished HP Laptop that came preinstalled with Windows 11, and I have been having problems ever since this week when my warranty expired. Suddenly, my windows 11 deactivated itself. I am now not even able to install basic applications from the Microsoft Store. I tried all the methods in the internet to update but it does not work.
