How do I fix my desktop PC with the error code 0xc0000098?

Everytime I boot up my desktop PC it comes to the blue screen recovery title. It says the boot configuration data file doesn't contain valid information for an operating system.I've tried multiple methods from a different thread of questions that happened a couple of years ago by another user but none seemed to really work Please help and I'll respond to any further details needed to clarify anything
