My late mother-in-law purchased this laptop last year and it still has 22 days of warranty left so it's fairly new. I don't think she accessed it more than 10 times. In fact, I don't think she remembered the password because the login states an incorrect password was entered many times.I was able to get the bitlocker revcovery key, but when I go to aka.ms/myrecoverykey, the device is not cited on my account. Well, of course it's not listed since I inherited it.MS is not interested in the device since it's a Lenovo laptop. How can I get the bitlocker key using the bitlocker recovery key I
