BSOD ntoskrnl.exe IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

My PC has been having a lot of bluescreen crashes upon waking up from sleep mode, gaming, or even when using Microsoft excel. I have tried to use DDU to uninstall and reinstall graphics drivers, reinstalled chipset drivers for my motherboard, and flashed to an updated BIOS version. I have also ran windows memory diagnostic tool with nothing wrong being found and sfc /scannow with no corruption being found. I am able to consistently get a blue screen crash when waking up from sleep mode, sometimes sending me into a bitlocker screen. Unfortunately, these crashes seem to fail to create a dump fil
