pc crashed with video memory management internal as error. Any help on how to fix?

i was on twitch and it went black screen then crashed and restarted. rtx 4090 gpu , amd ryzen 7 9800x3d cpu, mag x670e tomahawk wifi motherboard here is the dump file VIDEO_MEMORY_MANAGEMENT_INTERNAL (10e) The video memory manager encountered a condition that it can't recover from.
