Windows 11 Posted February 21 Posted February 21 Hello,I evaluate very often a lot of video .mp4 files most of the time. They are all in a different folder.So start the video file and if it is not good i close the mediaplayer and select the folder and press SHIFT-DEL to delete the complete folder.Since a few weeks i have a issue that when i close mediaplayer when it is playing a .mp4 file and want to delete the folder where the .MP4 file is located there is a meesage that it is not possible because 'the file is open in shell infrastructure host' and they advice to close the file and try again.When i click try again the message comes back buView the full article Quote
