Unable to connect to 5GHz network

I'm having issues with connecting to the 5GHz wifi network. I've already confirmed that my wifi card (Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX201) supports both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands. I already set the network to Dual band 802. 11a/g, set the preferred band to 5ghz, and enabled IPv6. My device is unable to detect the 5GHz band in the first place, much less connecting to one. Other devices are capable of connecting to the same 5GHz band with no issues, it is not a placement issue as the router is close to my device.
