About 6 months ago, immediately after a Windows 11 automatic update, the computer began to restart on its own after shutdown. I could see that this question has been asked here hundreds or thousands of time. The suggested solutions were (1) to turn off fast shutdown, (2) to set a registry entry to 0, and (3) to uncheck a box in device manager, network adapters, power management for allowing the defice to restart the computer. None of these helped for me or many others. In my case, (1) fast shutdown was already off, (2) the key was already 0, and (3) the box wasn't checked or didn't even exist
