Stuck on “Resetting this PC 99%” - WIN11

Hello, new to posting here!Started my reset at 1:30am, was stuck at 99% since 3:43am. Went to sleep hoping it’d be done when I woke up. Woke up at 8, still stuck at 99%. Frustrated, I held the power button and forced it off, waited, then turned it back on. Got a blue screen saying “Installing…” and some other stuff.The screen then blinked to a new blue screen saying something along the lines of “not all your files could be deleted, you have to reset again if you’re giving this computer away” Then it goes through the whole select country, keyboard, name for pc, etc. as normal.
