Why do i lag and disconnect when playing games?

[Windows 11]

My internet works fine i even run tests with the internet. When i play games, my screen sometimes freezes, lags and causes me to disconnect. I didn't have this problem before whatsoever. My screen did end up cracking and had to get it fixed but then caused my laptops screen to start detaching from the keyboard, but it works fine.
