I am on windows 7 on my Grandpa's old Toshiba laptop. I was able to create an account but I still can't access the old account as it is the admin and my new one is not.

I am on windows 7 on my grandpa's old Toshiba laptop. I was able to create an account, but I still can't access the old account as it is the admin, and my new one is not. I tried net user * in the cmd box but that would not allow me to change the password.
