windows not activated

[Windows 11]

I updated windows 11 (2025-01 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5050021) and 2025-01 Cumulative Update Preview for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 24H2 for x64 (KB5050577)) and it's saying windows can not find a product key (error code: 0xC004F213). i got this pc through umart and windows was pre-installed. i don't have a product key (have a piece of paper that reads scratch to reveal key but there's nothing on it. can't find anything that would be long enough to be the product key). i've tried running some suggested command prompts but
