Windows Hello is on my laptop which i spilt liquid on. Lot's of my apps are locked through windows hello and i used it as a security key. How can i recover it?

I used windows hello as a security key for my social media and apps on my laptop. I know the pin to my windows hello and i have my microsoft account but i have no clue on how to transfer it to my new laptop. It's causing me stress because I've been told the laptop is unfixable which means im locked out of multiple apps. Please help.
