How can I get back the Menu Bar in Windows File Explorer? It was removed in a previous Windows 11 update. The Menu Bar has been a feature of Windows File Explorer (previously known as File Manager in the original 16-bit versions of Windows) since I started using Windows 3.0 on my Chicony 386SX20 notebook computer in 1988, and I have used every version of Windows ever since.
