Japanese Characters Appearing on PIN area of Splash Screen

Hello;I started seeing Japanese characters appear in center and upper left corner of my splash screen yesterday.Checked regional settings (control panel) and IME everything is set for English. These are the only places I can see where it appears. Not sure if this is something Microsoft Team has created for entertainment with their Desktop pictures.
