One drive files missing

My main drive didn’t have enough space for something I wanted. I decided to unlink my PC and change it to a new external hard drive. I did proceeded to go delete the OneDrive folder on my main Drive and now all my files are going from both drives. Is there any way to recover? I tried to restore OneDrive from the website and it still is gone
