If someone has anybody's outlook or Hotmail address and lets say just try to SPAM login to that account with the wrong password ... WELL it LOCKS them out of their account!!!! WHOOPS...How did no one see this as an issue.. I am currently blocked out of my main windows account for this very reason...WHAT can I do ...
