Event 125, Kernel-Power Right before an Immedient System shut down by Event 41 Kernel-power

Hello,I'm having trouble with my PC randomly shutting down while playing games, doing schoolwork, or looking things up on the Internet. I have not changed anything on my PC for 2 years other than my thermal paste. I recently replaced my thermal paste and tried using compressed air to clean the interior of my computer down to see if that would fix the issue; it didn't. Before I replaced my thermal paste this year, I was having this problem, and even after I replaced it, it continued to happen.
