Possible issue with GPU/VRAM but unable to identify the specific cause of PC crashes under load

I am experiencing consistent crashes and GPU (ASUS TUF 4070ti) instability, primarily while gaming, leading to DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION (0x133) errors.
