Why won't my laptop play audio through HDMI?

I understand this is a common problem, but I have looked at countless articles and literally nothing has helped me.I'm on Windows 11 using a Lenovo laptop, trying to play video and audio through an HDMI cable connected to a Vizio TV. Video is fine; audio is not.I have already tried updating my drivers and updating my computer; neither have worked. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled my audio drivers to no avail. HDMI options do not appear in Sound settings as an option, even when "Show Disabled/Disconnected Devices" are toggled. HDMI options do not appear in Device Manager, and scanning fo
