Microsoft Safety Scanner Discrepenacy

Hi there,Was hoping someone would be able to help, recently downloaded and used Microsoft Safety Scanner, while scanning it found infected files (See screenshot below), however when it finished it said no unwanted viruses, spyware etc was detected (Also See screenshot below).
