Game Bar App keeps accessing the microphone on my Bluetooth earbuds despite it being disabled, and it ruins the audio quality when in an Xbox Party (Windows 11). What do I do to stop this?

As of now, I'm relying on wireless earbuds connected via Bluetooth to get audio. I became aware that when the PC tries to use the microphone and speakers on audio devices connected via Bluetooth, the quality would drop substantially. Disabling the microphone permissions for the device solved this and has allowed me to enjoy full quality audio up until when I join an Xbox Party using the Xbox App and Game Bar. I've even disabled the driver for the microphone in Device Manager and it is still acting as if it's trying to use my microphone, thus continuing to result in low quality audio. If an
