Black screens, high fan, audio playing, help?

I have a roughly 5-year-old custom-built PC that has worked fine until now. Here is the problem, starting a month ago, sometimes after extended use, regardless of what is running, all 3 of my screens turn black/have no signal, and my computer fans start running on high; audio from whatever was running at the time continues playing, so I know that my computer is not shutting down.Here are all the things I have done, dusted the PC, reapplied thermal paste for both the CPU AND GPU, used the Windows memory checker, updated (and clean installed) graphics drivers, did a full scan with Windows Defend
