what can i do with video dxgkrnl fatal_error?

for a couple of weeks i encountered this problem. i barely managed to see the error when the blue screen appears. it says video dxgkrnl fatal_error. i tried a lot of things but nothing worked. looks like it is not related to nvidia or anything that a scan can find. please let me know if there is a posibility to erase this error cause it is so problematic during games. i mean the game works properly but from time to time ( like 2 times a day) the game freeze, i can surf online or on other apps for a while until sudden blue screen appears and it will restart. thank you for your time and i look f
