Why PhoneLink on Laptop Super Slow and Broken?

Hi, I'm a user of OPPO Reno 12 Pro and LG Gram 2023. When I connect to PhoneLink on LG Gram laptop, sometimes it's super blurry and unable to use (like having kind of cracks on the phone like the old colour TV at the suburb sometimes do), but the Wi-Fi is Wi-Fi 6 modem, so there shouldn't be something with the Wi-Fi issue. Also, at same Wi-Fi, whith my personal desktop, which have LG UltraGear for monitor, and specs with Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-9400F CPU @ 2.90GHz 2.90 GHz processor, 32GB of RAM, and a GPU of NVIDIA GeForece RTX 3060 Ti, it just works perfectly (though the recording stuff is 60
