Hello,I have this really annoying issue with my PC. In november of 2023, I build my 2nd own gaming PC. It has a radeon 7900 xt, ryzen 5 7600, 32 gb G.Skill 6000 mhz ram, 2 tb ssd. A decently strong system. Ever since the beginning, the pc occasionally starts running extremely slowly and very choppy. Everything is like this, the tabs, the mouse, everything. Eventually, it always fixes itself or if I am impatient, a restart also fixes the issue.
