Windows 11 Posted March 2 Posted March 2 Good afternoon,I just bought a new laptop from Best Buy. It is a Lenovo. I can’t access my computer because it is asking for a bit locker code. I tried using my email from school, which is the only one that lets me in to a Microsoft account and went to the device category but my laptop does not show up. I tried using other emails and my phone number but they all say I don’t have an account with Microsoft and I don’t know what to do.
