is there somewhere I can safely download .DLL files?

I'm working on a project on an arch install and the project requires the user32.dll, kernel32.dll and advapi32.dll among a few others, don't ask why this is a bit of a disaster already and tbh I hardly even know what I'm doing anymore, I would rather avoid messing with my windows install and my windows VM is kinda unstable as is so I'm looking for a reliable and secure source to download such files. is there an official microsoft repo I'm missingI have a copy of the software, my intent is personal use and I don't intend to modify it, or distribute this or the resulting project so it shouldn't
