Multiple application accounts compromised by Virus

Yesterday morning around 7 a.m I received multiple messages from many of my accounts (Discord, Facebook, Paypal, Bank, GameDistributors) about a change of email, I quickly tried to change the password of my accounts, and when I started my laptop a random "OpenWith" popped up and notice that I've been sending "Scam Messages Links" through my discord app. I believe I've downloaded a virus and tried using the following solutions: Quick Scan, Full Scan, CCLeaner, Memory Diagnostic Tool, Uninstalling Recent Dowloaded Apps, Disable Startup Apps,Removing recently installed apps, Uninstalling my Linu
