Windows 11 - no 24H2 update

I've been checking regularly for the Windows 11 24H2 update which has never been offered to my system that is currently running 23H2. I'd been checking the known and resolved issues webpages but nothing there was obviously the issue. A REG QUERY has established that there is a block with ID: 54762856, however I can find no details on this specific block.
