Windows 11 indicates an update but will not update when attempted. Says UP to date and missing important security updates. Also says my version is no longer supported and I need to update.

I have the circular arrows in my tray for an update. when I attempt to update, it says missing important security updates. BUT Also I am "UP TO DATE" Meanwhile my tray says my version is no longer supported and needs to be updated. When I TRY to update, it says up to date
