I can't perform a clean install of Windows 11 because I have a home account running my PC but Windows 11 is associated with a separate work email. Please help?

Hi there,I would appreciate some help here please. It's very frustrating not to be able to perform a clean install of Windows 11, when the System meets all the requirements. I have followed the steps advised here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windowsinsider/cleaninstall - however after getting past the 'Install Now' option, having set the language etc. I get a page come up which says, "This PC doesn't currently meet Windows system requirements" We checked all the requirements and it should work.
