It’s been a rough 2 days since I can’t use my laptop, I on my laptop and all I see on my screen is Bitlocker Recovery. Asking me for the pin I have no idea what this is, I signed into my Microsoft account and I clicked on Bitlocker Recovery but had none. Please can I have someone out there that can help me with this situation? I wonder why Microsoft have the need to do this. I couldn’t attend my class yesterday I need to unlock my computer today and I just feel helpless right now.
