Start Menu is Glitchy Part 2

I took to long to re answer, but start menu still glitchy, i try typing in thinks im switching or selecting apps, and also i get duplication of drives and for some reason when i switch screens when such as i think it happens mostly when discord is opened or always, anyway if i switch Chrome tabs then i get a new screen from what i switched to and the previous screen that i was on is still showing, hopefully that makes sense.
