Can someone please help me know if I have been hacked. I have a roomate that works in IT and is always spying on people and I feel as he is now doing it to me.

My roomate loves to spy on everyone and anyone and now I think he is doing it to me. My computer always runs so slow, keeps changing, logs me out of things randomly, and has a hard time connecting to the internet even though Xfinity says everything is just fine. I don't know much about computers but I know him and I just need to know I am right before I confront him.
