Windows 11 is not properly recognising my Logi wireless keyboard and mouse

I have recently done a completely fresh install of Window 11 because of some legacy glitches I had from many hardware changes. My PC is plugged in to desktop monitors, and also I run an HDMI cable to my living room TV so that I can use my computer on the couch if I want. For this, I bought a Logitech M185/K270 combo with a unifying receiver. It worked fantastic, but when I reinstalled windows, I forgot to unplug the receiver, and now it will not work on my PC.
