How do i stop my ps5 dualsense controller connecting to my pc as an audio device?

I am trying to play games with my ps5 controller however when i connect the controller to my pc with a wire it keeps connecting as an audio device and doesn't let me use the controller in games. The device previously worked fine but now it wont let me play any games with it. The only thing that has changed since the last time i used the controller was I plugged in a new webcam. Also whenever i plug the controller in it always switches back to the default audio device. I keep changing it back to my headphones however this keeps on occuring.
