Windows 11 Posted March 5 Posted March 5 Hi all! I have an employee that is trying to buy and install Windows Pro on his device. He is receiving the error code 80045C4D when trying to log out of his personal email associated with his current device which is preventing him from using his work account to sign in and install Windows Pro. He is unable to use his personal email to purchase Windows pro as it is against our cross tenant access policy and the personal email has not been configured within our network.
