Unable to install Windows 11 over locked Windows 11 partition because of Bit locker locked. I have agreed to loose all information. The PC is 1 day old. It will not format the drive as well.

Unable to install Windows 11 over locked Windows 11 partition because of Bit locker locked. I have agreed to loose all information. The PC is 1 day old. It will not format the drive as well.
