I accidentally deleted entire ‘SOFTWARE’ folder under HKEY_CURRENT_USER and under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, then my laptop immediately turn into blue screen (BSOD).

Hi, i have problem with my laptop which is turned to blue screen (BSOD) after i accidentally deleted SOFTWARE folders under both HKEY_CURRENT_USER and HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, now i don’t know how to fix it. Even formatting isn’t able to do. Please help me
