i am unable to use a lot of websites which I have used before. My laptop says not responding whenever i try to use them and exits the website. My laptop just stops working at times

I use websites which allow me to render my architectural drawings. These websites yesterday were refusing to work with them not working whenever i tried to add my drawings to edit them. The laptop freezes and syas not responding and says i must close the app. I tried restarting but i still get the same thing. At times it will just freeze or goes completely black and doesnt work anymore for long hours. My top small butttons from "f1-12" dont work. Please help.
