Hi  For one of my Microsoft accounts I have the following symptoms: I can log all right into the account and use it for O365 BUT if I want to access a BitLocker key or add a phone, I need verification codes... Microsoft claims to send codes to my recovery email (not a microsoft email) but I never receive them. (not in a mail client or on the provider's webmail)It's a chicken and egg problem: to change the recovery email I need it to work at least once.Attempting to recover the account seems overkill and painful because I cannot remember things they ask to put in t
