A can’t add an extra e-mail adress in my account at ms

I use a gmail mail adress to sign innon ms. I want to change this aan want to add an extra mail adress. Ms refuses this adress by calling it a work or school adress. But is is not! Try to get support but only manuals are flooding my eyers
