Why are lines surrounding my desktop background photos since Windows Update?

[Windows 11]

I have 3 PCs (All ASUS/AMD Based High End Builds) and and I have custom photos I use for the slideshow option on my desktop, The photos are all black backgrounds and then I use the black desktop color as the base. I have been doing this for YEARS with no issue, Even in Windows 11 UNTIL.... a recent update to the latest win 11 version. When my first PC updated and the problem started I thought maybe it was a driver issue so I did the update all to no avail. Interestingly I tried going to an "older" driver and that seemed to help but then the lines still appeared. I have been dealing with Nvidi
