I've lost 15 GB after Windows 11 update, why?

Hi! This is my first post on Microsoft site, although I'm using Windows for more than 30 years.Today I did a Win 11 Pro update and my C:\ partition is shown having Used space 78 GB, from 63 GB before the Update. It was a "Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version" - I don't know what KB, because it doesn't appear in Update History. (And it wouldn't be the first time, I have "Windows 11, version 24H2", installed in November, but that is from what is shown in System / About , because in Updates History is shown only 22H2 and 22H3, installed in August when I bought this laptop...)I tried to clean
