Cant create MS Account for Windows Laptop - business/school mail is not allowed

[Windows 11]

We hired a new employee and thus bought new hardware etc. When we try to add a new ms account to his new notebook (windows 11) using his email, we receive an error message stating, that an business email is not allowed here and we should use a private one. (The other option, to log into a business account does not work either, since our company does not use microsoft for mail-accounts)Since a private email does not exist, I do not know how to go on from here.We were able to create ms accounts for all our employees and I do not understand what is different for this one.So my question is, how do
