Windows 11 Posted March 5 Posted March 5 I just got a new surface pro keyboard for charging my pen and the fingerprint sign in. When I go to my settings, it says "we can't find a fingerprint scanner compatible with Windows Hello fingerprint." I have a new surface pro, 11th edition.
